About Me
Maximiliano Ezequiel Romero Puig
Merp
Hi, my name is Maxi on the web I use the name Merp, this is an acronym of my name. I always wanted to be an inventor and today I enjoy creating things that solve problems and help people. This journey started a few years ago (2015), where I started studying on my own web technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Doing small projects with Jquery and discovering PPO hand in hand with php.
In 2017 I started working as technical support, where I learned many things and discovered a new world. At that time, at the same time, I started my formal studies. While I was still creating small solutions with code. After almost two years, I had the privilege to take my first steps as a software developer, in the engineering team. Here I learned how to make efficient software, based on good practices, clear processes and effective communication. Walking the path as it should be, making mistakes, but thanks to great colleagues I was able to grow a lot.
Today, I work on building more scalable, high-concurrency backend solutions. But eventually I like to keep doing client side stuff to enrich my skills. These are some of the technologies I usually work with.
